BUILT
THE BUILT BAR PROJECT
In 2019, The WILL Group started a journey on an amazing project. You might have heard of the company, BUILT BAR. What started out as a soft rehabilitation to the old Twin Labs Facility ended in a full re-purpose with a multi-pallet rack system, drilling, food manufacturing, and an owner's eye for entertainment with an actual collegiate basketball court (to boot). We transformed a 200,000 square foot building into a BUILT facility along with what they call the 'BUILT GYM'.

Active Architectural Design
Due to the client's timing needs, demolition, design, and construction occurred concurrently. Curtis Miner Architecture did a great job.

Food Line Services
Built imported their food line equipment from overseas. Due to the issues with CoVid related travel, WILL was hired to coordinate the install, connection, and commissioning of equipment.

Project was phased and delivered in 4 phases:

P2: Warehousing & shipping
